Terms and Conditions for Swimmers Clinic Activities

1. General Overview

Terms and Conditions apply to all participants attending any training sessions, consultations, and activities organized by Client By enrolling in and attending our swimmers' clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If any party (participants or coaches) needs to cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 4 hours' notice is required.

Failure to provide 4 hours’ notice for cancellations will result in a forfeited session without a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice (4 hours or more) will be accommodated based on availability.

3. Video Performance Analysis

As part of our commitment to improving swimming technique, video performance analysis is a key component of our training. By participating in our clinic, you agree to allow video recordings of your swimming techniques for the purpose of performance evaluation.

These videos will be used solely for educational and coaching purposes and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

If parents or swimmers prefer not to be recorded for performance analysis, they must inform the clinic in writing prior to the session.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

All personal data, including body composition measurements, fitness tests, and performance videos, will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Data will be securely stored on a password-protected system and any physical records will be kept in a locked file in the clinic’s premises.

Video footage and other personal data will only be accessible by authorized staff members and will be deleted upon request or when no longer necessary for training purposes.

5. Health and Safety

All participants must inform the clinic of any relevant medical conditions or injuries before participating in sessions.

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the coaches during dry-land and in-pool training to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

6. Parental Responsibility

For swimmers under 18, parents or guardians must provide consent for participation in the clinic, including consent for video recording and any fitness or health assessments.

7. Payment Terms

The clinic fees must be paid in full prior to the first session. Cancellations made in line with the notice period will be eligible for rescheduling, or refunds

8. Amendments to Terms

The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or the clinic’s website.
